The mission of the MGHfC Pediatric Residency Program is to develop independent, innovative pediatric leaders through education and personalized mentorship in a supportive academic training program. We are committed to excellence in family-centered clinical care, research, and advocacy. Our training program teaches residents to provide state-of-the-art patient care in diverse settings.
